Centrally located between the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse and Campus Martius Park, Varnum’s downtown Detroit office opened in 2015 in the former Federal Reserve Building at 160 W. Fort Street. Located on the fifth floor, our offices were designed by Rossetti and feature one of Detroit’s rare outdoor decks overlooking the city. Eric Nemeth serves as lead partner for the office.
The Detroit region has something for everyone, from world-class museums, to five professional sports teams, to thousands of inland lakes and more public golf courses than any other state.
Since the late 1990s, a renaissance of new housing has started in Detroit. The region offers a variety of high-demand housing at affordable prices, from lofts in the Cultural Center, to townhouses near Comerica Park, to single-family residences along the Detroit River.
With a vastly integrated highway and freeway system, seven international border crossings, five major airports, four public transportation authorities, a deep water marine port and eight rail yards, people and goods are on the move throughout Detroit.
